Project Manager Equipment (d/m/f)
We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the delivery of individual projects and programs with a focus on large, complex initiatives with focus on equipment engineering and system development and optimization projects. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that the business objectives of the assigned projects are met by supervising and mentoring the individual elements undertaken to benefit the projects and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Establish project charters in alignment with respective stakeholders, establishing governance structures including escalation procedures
- Create program and project plans, interact with project teams, managers, and other stakeholders to provide support and guidance
- Ensure execution of all activities and tasks in individual projects against cost, scope, and timelines
- Drive the delivery of individual projects and programs with a focus on large, complex initiatives by supervising and mentoring the individual activities
Requirements:
- Good level of diversified technical proficiency in combination with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Preferably have knowledge of the packaging industry and the value chain associated with the industry
- Excellent communication, influencing & leadership skills, ability to align and engage both internal team members & stakeholders as well as vendors & customers
- Global mindset with the ability to act multiculturally and willingness to travel
- Good commercial understanding
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Process Technology, or similar
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2…)
- 5+ years of experience in operational or R&D project management
- Proven experience in strategic project planning and business development, delivering complex and cross-functional projects & portfolios
