More sustainable packaging in the US

Nicki is making it real

Nicki is making it real

We are building our new state-of-the-art production plant in Little Rock, Arkansas (US). Equipped with the latest technology for enhanced and efficient production, our new facility in Little Rock will produce Pure-Pak® cartons for a range of products including dairy, juices, plant-based products, and liquid eggs. Elopak officially broke ground on the new facility in March 2024. It will start production in the first half of 2025, and we are currently recruiting more than 100 permanent positions.

Nicki Branson is our first hire in Little Rock, where she is responsible for recruiting and training the team that will operate the new facility. With a diverse background that includes serving as a platoon sergeant in the US Army, working in magazine printing, and leading HR teams in manufacturing, Nicki brings a wealth of experience to her role at Elopak.

Can you tell us about your background and how it led you to Elopak?

I have a diverse background that includes serving as a platoon sergeant in the US Army, working in magazine printing, and leading HR teams in manufacturing. My military experience helped me develop leadership and team-building skills that translate well into HR. I joined Elopak in March 2024 because I was attracted by the opportunity to work in printing and manufacturing, two sectors that I enjoy and relate to.

What are you working on right now?

As the HR Manager for our new plant, my key role now is to find and plan the training of the right people for the job. The plant is under construction, and we do not yet have a building and equipment locally. I get great support from other Elopak plants that allow me to send candidates there for skill assessment and training.

What are your goals for the future?

My long-term goal is to create a work environment where employees feel valued, excited to come to work and empowered. I am also looking forward to having a brand-new facility and machinery. I want to be a part of a place that cares for the earth and creates new standards which other companies strive to achieve.

Why should people join Elopak and Little Rock?

You can’t beat the Elopak team! We play an important role in combating climate change and driving a more circular economy. We are people-centered and focus on developing our people.  Everyone works to ensure you are equipped and successful plus a new building and machinery is a huge draw.

We are now looking for talented individuals to join our team. With over 100 permanent positions available, ranging from engineers and printers to operators and logistics specialists, there’s a place for everyone at Elopak. If this sounds interesting, I urge you to check out our vacant positions and apply today.
