SILL Knorr & La Potagère brand in Pure-Pak® cartons  

On the 30th anniversary of its partnership with Elopak, Sill Enterprises launches the new Knorr & La Potagère brand in France. The first product from the new brand is a range of three new recipes of Gazpacho soups in Pure-Pak® cartons, launching in February 2025.  

The new brand results from the landmark 2022 acquisition of the Knorr liquid soup business in France by SILL. The world-famous Knorr brand, globally owned by Unilever, is now merged with SILL’s classic La Potagère gazpacho to create a novel new-look soup selection for French consumers, packaged in 1 liter Pure-Pak® Sense Aseptic cartons.  

The evolution of new Knorr & La Potagère 

An established major player in the soups market in Europe, Brittany-based SILL has invested in the evolution of the new Knorr & La Potagère brand which will encompass all Knorr liquid soup products.

Filling technology for tomorrow’s opportunities 

The installation of a new generation hybrid filling machine from Elopak took place during the second half of 2024.  

The E-PS120A machine has provided SILL with a new aseptic filling line which is capable of filling products in Pure-Pak® cartons with different board and size configurations plus cartons with and without an aluminum barrier.  

We choose the solution from Elopak because the flexibility of the Pure-Pak® Sense Aseptic cartons and filling solutions enables us to anticipate future developments in packaging and take full advantage of tomorrow’s opportunities.
