The Humble Co. choses D-PAK™ cartons

The Swedish sustainable and innovative personal care company, The Humble Co., has updated its Mouthwash with new ingredients, an improved formula with a fresher taste, and new eco-friendly packaging.

Launched, alongside new Toothpaste Tablets in July 2024, the fresh mint Mouthwash in 500ml D-PAK™ cartons is available at thehumble.co and online pharmacies. The Humble was supported by its new packaging partner Elopak with the switch from PET packaging to cartons for the minty mouthwash.

“The fresh mint Mouthwash consists of 97% natural ingredients and features a completely new, improved formula to enhance both taste and quality. The Mouthwash also comes in cartons that contain 86% less plastic and can be recycled – a small change with a big impact”

explains Olivia Gelin, Marketing Manager at The Humble Co.

Part of the Humble Group, The Humble Co. was founded in 2012 by a professional dentist whose goal was to innovate more sustainable products in the oral care category.

Our D-PAK™ cartons fit their sustainability ethos

“We took the decision to improve both the formula and find a package that fitted more with The Humble’s sustainability ethos,”

Olivia Gelin, Marketing Manager at The Humble Co.

“We noticed the D-PAK™ cartons being used by several other brands in Sweden, and after researching Elopak’s expertise and portfolio we began our new packaging partnership. Elopak assisted us in finding a co-packer who could fill our new mouthwash in D-PAK™ cartons, and as we were exploring new producers for our mouthwash, they helped us search for potential new supplier.”

The Humble Co. has been diligently working to improve products, with the goal of constantly challenging the product category and meeting its customers’ needs. The focus on innovation and quality is driven by a commitment to delivering products that maintain a high standard for oral hygiene and offer improved features that suit today’s health- and environmentally conscious consumers.

“We like to talk about the ‘small but mighty’ changes and actions being just as important as the bigger movements that care for our world.  Changing the packaging for us was just that – contributing to the bigger picture by making it easier for our customers to make a better choice”
